Return Policy

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for all products. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

Dead on Arrival
Manufacturing Defect
Incomplete Product
Incorrect Product
Expired Product

You may choose to cancel one or more items in your order before it is shipped, from your “My Orders” section, by clicking on the “Cancel” button within 7 days from the order confirmation date. A cancellation fee of 2.5% will be levied on the total paid amount at the time of processing refund for the submitted request.

How do I return an item purchased on verbfurniture.com?

Please Note :If you've purchased the product as a registered user, you can follow the steps below to initiate a return. If you're a guest user or a registered customer who cannot access ‘My Account’, then please fill this form.

STEP 1: Initiate a Return Request

  • Login to Your Account

  • Go to My Orders

  • Click on RETURN for item you wish to return

  • Select the reason for return and upload supporting photographs before hitting Submit.

Step 2: Share Info for Pick Up

Our Representative will call you within 48 Hours to confirm date of pick up

Step 3: Pick Up

Handover the item you wish to return to our Verb executive.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Verb Return Policy is applicable only for 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product. The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item.

On certain Products the Seller’s or Brand’s Warranty may supersede Return Policy.

​

Verb will pick up product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us or dispose/ destroy them.

​

Customized orders cannot be returned.
